I am thankful for...
Think about all the things you have, things you don’t need to survive and things that other kids do not have. Are you thankful for all those things you thought about? I know I am, and everything I am thankful for is not merchandise. I am thankful for my parents, merchandise i don’t need, and things I need to live.
I am thankful for my family because some kids live and grew up in foster homes. Some kids in the world do not know their parents or parent. I am thankful for knowing both my parents even though they don’t live together. Some kids look at a point of view where if one parent in the family leaves one then their wrong and they hate them. My point of view is where if i see them and know they love me I am happy. I know that some kids do not even have a picture of their family and do not no their family.

I am thankful for things I do not need like the expensive clothes, computers, and latest sneaker and all the other stuff that is not necessary. All these things I have I am thankful for because some kids in different countries and even some in this country walks around with no clothes and homeless asking for money. People like the character Capricon in the book Schooled would take care of the things I have with all their heart and would keep it for a very long time. Children like us would drop an object like a ipod, break it and wouldn't care because they know they are going to get another one.
I am thankful for things I have to survive such as food, water, shelter,warmth and more. I am thankful for those things because I do not need to ride the subway and sleep under bridges without being uncomfortable and cold. I am thankful that I have food and have a roof over my head. Some people that are homeless are all not disgusting people. They can have a job and dress in casual clothes, but the way the economy is today people are losing their houses. In conclusion, everyone should be thankful for what they have. People need to remeber that what is happening to you is happening worst to someone else in the world or went through worst. That is why I do not tell people I hate my mom because she took away my game or something. Somebody i the world haves the right to hate they mom because she treats them like a stray dog, abusing them and everything.
